Visit the Register page and fill in your full name, Pakistani mobile number, email address, date of birth and password. A verification code is sent to your mobile number — enter it to confirm your account. The whole process takes around two minutes. Registration is completely free.

You must be 18 years of age or older to register and play on 1jee. Your date of birth is required at registration and may be verified before withdrawals are processed. If you are under 18, you are not permitted to create an account or use the platform in any capacity.

No. Each person is permitted exactly one 1jee account. Registering multiple accounts is a violation of the Terms and Conditions and will result in all accounts being closed. If you already have an account, use the Login page to access it, or contact support if you are having trouble signing in.

Go to the Login page and enter your registered Pakistani mobile number (or email address) along with your password. You can also use the 1jee Android app — after the first login, the app keeps your session active so you do not need to type credentials each time.

On the Login page, tap "Forgot your password?" and enter your registered mobile number. A verification code is sent to that number — enter it, then create a new password. If your registered SIM is no longer active, you will need to contact 1jee support for identity-verified recovery, which requires confirming your name, date of birth and some account history.

Account locks happen for several reasons: multiple failed login attempts (a security measure that resets automatically), an active cooling-off period you set yourself, or a self-exclusion period you activated. Do not create a new account — contact 1jee support with your original registration details to find out the specific reason and next steps.

Yes. Identity verification is required before your first withdrawal. This is a standard process — you will need to confirm that the name on your 1jee account matches the name on your payment account (JazzCash, Easypaisa or bank account). Verification ensures withdrawals can only go to the account holder.

Mobile number changes require identity verification — this prevents someone else from changing your number without your knowledge. Contact 1jee support through your account and request a number update. You will be asked to confirm your identity before the change is processed. Keep your registered SIM active — it is your primary account recovery option.

JazzCash deposits typically reflect in your 1jee PKR balance within 1–5 minutes of the transaction being confirmed on the JazzCash side. If your balance has not updated after 15 minutes and your JazzCash account shows the deduction, contact 1jee support with your transaction reference number.

1jee does not apply currency conversion fees on PKR deposits — your account currency is PKR from the start. Your payment provider (JazzCash, Easypaisa, your bank) may apply their own standard transaction charges. Check your wallet or bank app to see whether any provider-side fee applies before completing a deposit.

Wait 15 minutes first — some bank and Raast transfers can take a little longer than instant wallet methods. If your balance still has not updated, screenshot your transaction confirmation (showing the reference number, amount and timestamp) and contact 1jee support through your account chat. They can trace the transaction reference and credit your balance manually if the payment was confirmed on the provider's side.

Yes — and we recommend doing this before you make your first deposit. Log in and go to your account settings. Under the responsible gaming section, you can set a daily, weekly or monthly PKR deposit limit. Once the limit is reached, no further deposits are accepted until the period resets. Lowering a limit takes effect immediately.

No. All deposits must come from a payment account registered in your own name. 1jee does not accept third-party deposits. This protects against fraud and ensures withdrawals can only be returned to the same account holder. Deposits from unmatched names may be declined and returned.

If you have an active bonus with an incomplete wagering requirement, your bonus funds are not yet withdrawable. Android App

The 1jee Android app is available from the Download page. Since it is not distributed through the Google Play Store, you will need to allow installation from unknown sources in your Android settings (Settings → Security → Unknown sources or Install unknown apps). The process takes about one minute on most Pakistani Android phones.

The 1jee app is optimised for Android devices running Android 6.0 or higher. It performs well on mid-range phones commonly used in Pakistan — including popular Tecno, Infinix, Xiaomi Redmi and Samsung Galaxy mid-range models. A stable internet connection (4G or strong Wi-Fi) is recommended for live casino and sports betting features.

The most common reason is that "Install unknown apps" permission has not been enabled for your browser or file manager. Go to Settings → Apps → [Your browser] → Install unknown apps and toggle it on. Then re-download and install the APK. If the issue persists, check that you have enough storage space and that the download completed fully before attempting to install.

Responsible Gaming

Log in to your account, go to Settings, and find the Responsible Gaming section. Set a daily, weekly or monthly PKR deposit limit. Once active, 1jee will block further deposits once the limit is reached for that period. Lowering a limit takes effect immediately. Raising a limit requires a cooling period before it applies — this prevents impulsive decisions during a session.

Self-exclusion closes your access to 1jee for a chosen period — from 6 months to permanent. It cannot be reversed until the minimum period has passed and you make a deliberate request to reopen. To activate, go to your account settings under Responsible Gaming and choose self-exclusion. Your PKR balance is preserved during the exclusion and can be withdrawn. A cooling-off period is a short-term pause on your account — 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days. During this time, you cannot log in or deposit. Your account and PKR balance are preserved. It is a useful tool if you want a break without permanently closing your account. Once activated, the period cannot be shortened.
